Dear Parents,

It is time to plan our Pioneer Experience Day!! We are looking for a lot of volunteers – both time and supplies – in order to make it happen. We will be walking to JensenPark – 3176 S. Bluff Road. It is around 2 miles from the school, so we will be walking 4 plus miles and doing a lot of fun activities that day. Make sure your child wears appropriate shoes, and dresses for the weather conditions. Last year was chilly and many children didn’t bring jackets or warm clothes. This makes for a miserable day! They are encouraged to dress as a pioneer, mountain man, or early explorer; but if they don’t have period clothing, they still need to be in their school uniforms. Please make sure your student brings a bandana and a lunch. No school lunch service will be available for this activity.

This activity is a combined experience with both Antelope and North SAA campus students. It’s going to be great time!!!!

Please bring the donated items – except wheelbarrows– to the designated fourth grade teacherby Tuesday, May 24th. Please drop the wheelbarrows off outside near the playground at the Antelope campus on the morning of the 25th, and then don’t forget to pick them up after school. 
