The purpose of this assignment is to assess your awareness assess your awareness of inclusion

Scenario
Inclusion is extremely important in health and social care (adults and children and young people), early years and childcare settings. You are to provide an information pack for employees working in health and social care and children’s and young people’s settings to develop their understanding of the effects of discrimination and some of the factors that can influence the inclusion of individuals.
