Recipe for an Architect

You will need:

1 cup of blueprints

2 cups floor plans

1 ½ cups fun

4 cups creativity

2 cups pastime

3 ¼ cup building

5 ½ cup drawings

2 cups math

12 cups money

20 1/8 cup handwork

1 ½ cup pencils

5 years of college

Directions: Combine blueprints, floor-plans, hard work, and creativity in a large mixing bowl. In a separate bowl, cream fun and drawings. Add half of pencils to blueprint mixture and the rest to the creamed mixture. In a larger bowl, mix these two together until stiff. Add in rest of ingredients except college and money. Then add money in a little more each time. Then bake at 350 for 15-20 minutes. Let cool. Sprinkle 5 years of college on top and enjoy.

11-19-02

Today I saved a cats leg. A car had hit the cat and its back right leg got broke. We thought its leg might have to be amputated but luckily we saved its leg and the owners are so joyous. We also saved a rabbits life. Here is what happened: the owner thought the rabbit was going to die so we hurried to try and save it. After a while we got a piece of carrot out of its throat. I am so glad we saved so many lives today! I am really glad I became a vet!

11-20-02

I have some bad news. A dog that a family had for nine years had to be put to sleep. It had cancer for three years. I felt so sorry for the family. I told them I was fostering three dogs right now. They are probably on the way right now. BEEP! BEEP! They are here so I have to go!

11-21-02

The people that came yesterday got two of the dogs. I am so happy so I took the day off to get some more dogs to foster.

11-22-02

I did not go back to work last night but when I went today the saddest thing happened. My friend had just got a puppy not to long ago and was bringing it for a check-up. We found a tumor on its side so we had to keep it over night. I feel so horrible for her; maybe it will get better.

11-23-02

The puppy my friend brought yesterday had to be put to sleep. I feel sorry for my friend. She said she might get another dog soon. I might try and coax her to get one of the dogs I am fostering.

11-24-02

I have decided I am going to print this to make a book. I have to tell you this-I won the Best Veterinarian of the Year award. I am so happy. I really love this job and I am really glad I went to college to become a vet!
