1 - All preorders are final.
2 -Moonbase isn't responible for any loss of goods if buyer prefers 'unregistered mail'.
3 -Preorders can only be placed as decribed above.
4 -Moonbase guarantees that at passing of risk the sold goods have no manufacturing defects or defects in material and obtain the attributes as stated at www.alphaville.de. When receiving the goods, buyer shall check imediantely concerning defects and general constitution. Warranty of soundness is6 months, counting from the receipt of the goods. Warrantyshall not cover fair wear and tear. Moonbase shall have the right to exchange goods in part or in whole(obligation under warranty).
5 -Moonbase only accepts advancepayment on the stated bank account regarding preorders. As soon as the payment is effected, Moonbase shall reserve as many copiesof the album as preordered and payed. After the release of the album on December 16th the goods shall be shipped according the order of received preorders.
6 -Court of jurisdiction is Berlin, Germany.
