Key Definition and Stipulations

Thorough Debriefing and Follow-Through means each participant receives

·  appropriate attention and

·  accountability

to be able to grow in Christlike character and service to God in light of their STM experience.

(Debriefing and Follow-Through = appropriate attention + accountability = Christlike character and service to God)

Stipulation 1: The end goal is participants who are growing in Christlike character and service to God because of their STM experience.

Stipulation 2: As the team leader or mobilizer, your part is to design a plan that gives participants appropriate attention and accountability.

Stipulation 3: I always think of “well begun is half done” as a focus on planning done in advance of implementation. As a result, debriefing and follow-through starts with a thoughtful, realistic plan.

Stipulation 4: The plan begins by considering the end goal and working backwards
