· Increase the current assistant coaches qualifications by doing level 1 in another different discipline
· Encourage some of the older gymnasts to assist with coaching and if they are old enough put them on the Learn to Coach course
· Ensure all coaches who wish to progress to the next level have ‘mapped over’ to UKCC / 2 level 4 coaches qualified
