You will find out our Booking Form in the next page. Please fill out the Booking Form and return to LG Arts Center Box Office either by fax or email according to your preference.

◆BOOKING CONFIRMATION

The Booking Confirmation shall be made within 3 days after your Booking Form arrives.
Please make sure to write down your phone number and email address on the Booking Form.

◆PAYMENT

Payment shall be made eihther by Credit Card or bank transfer according to your preference.
Via Credit Card

-Mastercard, Visa, Diners Club and American Express to be accepted.

-Credit Card Payment shall be only made when your seat be secured.

Bank Transfer

-Bank Transfer should be made within a day after you receive the booking confirmation.

-It’s possible only Korean money to transfer into our bank account.

◆CANCELLATION

Cancellation should be made until one day before the performance and 10% of the payment will be deducted as a cancellation charge.

cf.) If you want to cancel or exchange the reservation of Sunday & Monday that it’s possible until last Friday.

►Box Office : 9 A.M.~6 P.M (from Monday to Friday.)

* Please note that cancellation is only possible with credit card issued in Korea and bank transfer for refund is only available between local bank accounts.

◆TICKET COLLECTION

You can collect your tickets at the Ticket Exchange Box in LG Arts Center Main Lobby on 3rd floor of GS Tower, one hour before the show begins. You should tell your name and reservation No.
If you want any other arrangement on the ticket collection, please contact the Box Office individually.

Please note that LG Arts Center Box Office is open between 9.00am and 6.00pm from Monday to Friday. (We have weekend & holidays off.) For further inquiries, do not hesitate to contact us and we will be with you to assist.
