I led a matrix team of regional product managers worldwide who investigated new product features and developed business cases and marketing strategy for Business Inkjet, Large Format and Mobile printers. My team also managed current product lifecycle through introduction, allocations, shipment forecast and holds and rollover planning. I provided worldwide business updates to senior management.
§ Achieved revenue (US$400M), profitability and market share goals for FY03 and FY04
§ Conceptualized channel strategy, value proposition and go-to-market plans for Business Inkjet, a new category of printers
§ Devised competitive sell-against tool kit for front-end partners

I was the project manager responsible for new product introductions of PocketPCs and Handheld PCs worldwide. Intro Project teams were cross-functional and included representation from R&D, Manufacturing, Planning, Procurement, Quality, Marketing and Sales.
§ Orchestrated the intro of the world’s first-ever PocketPC HPJornada 540 where HP was “First to Market” beating the market by 3 months
§ Led 10 product introductions between Dec99 and May02 (the busiest time in PocketPC history)
§ Achieved shipment deadlines and managed forecasts and demand fluctuations
§ Instrumental in getting the “Highest Web Awareness” award for HP Jornada in 2000 in an internal assessment among all HP products
§ Engendered for the first time at HP “exclusive availability online” for derivative product SKUs
