1) Project Overview

Budgetary proposal for (4) four 5.2 megawatt (ISO) (generator limited to 4.9 MW @ 50 Hz) Mobile Power Units Manufactured by Solar Turbines. Our proposal is based on the assumptions outlined below.

A.  Project location: Unknown

B.  Fuel: #2 diesel & Natural Gas

C.  The project elevation is assumed to be sea level.

D.  The mobile turbine will operate at 50 Hz, 11kV.

E.  Customer loads: Unknown

Supplier is a solutions provider willing to provide any level of service required by the END USER. This proposal only covers the basic turbine.

The prices shown are net figures. All figures given are in U.S. dollars.

9) Terms & Conditions

Below are our standard terms and conditions. Supplier is willing to negotiate as needed to meet the project requirements.

Payment: 25% deposit with order placement. Remainder due at shipment via irrevocable letter of credit confirmed by a bank acceptable to Supplier.

Taxes: Customer shall be liable and shall pay any customs, duties, port fees, value added or other taxes as a result of importation or deportation of the equipment.

All equipment quoted is subject to prior rental or sale.

10) Quote Validity

Quote is valid for 30 days. Equipment quoted is subject to prior rental or sale.

11) Warranty (Optional): Supplier Power Systems

The equipment offered is sold as is. A three month limited Warranty is available from Supplier Power Systems which covers parts only on the gearbox and turbine engine.

12) Inspection: Prior to shipment, the T60 Mobile Power Units shall be inspected by a Solar Turbines Field Service Engineer to determine the condition of the turbines. Solar shall issue a written report of their findings for review by the END USER.

13) Testing (Optional)

Shop Test: Supplier shall perform a full load test of a minimum duration of 4 hours per turbine. The test shall be performed at Unity Power Factor with a resistive load ban
