Customer Development Service (CDS) – SETS Internaliser
The purpose of this Service Announcement is to provide details of the customer testing arrangements for the London Stock Exchange (the Exchange) SETS Internaliser Service.
The Exchange has agreed with Euroclear UK and Ireland to provide “end-to-end” testing until 19 October 2007.
During this period, the Exchange will forward automatic trade details through to CREST trialling / participant testing service except for eligible self-executions by firms who have opted into the SETS Internaliser Service. This is to enable firms intending to use SETS Internaliser to prove that their reconciliation processes will work in the new environment.
Customer Development Service (CDS)
The SETS Internaliser Testing will be available on the “Live Simulation and Training Service (LSTS)" service across all order driven CCP eligible segments. However, please note due to restrictions in the CREST trialling system / participant testing service only the ISINs listed in Appendix A are available for end-to-end testing.
Notification to Euroclear UK and Ireland
Customers should note that they have been set up with dummy clearing and settlement details in the CREST trialling system / participant testing service. If they wish to undertake end-to-end testing, they should contact Euroclear UK and Ireland to have these details changed to be their correct set-up.
Non SETS Internaliser Customers
Non SETS Internaliser customers who wish to use the ‘end to end’ testing facility are free to do so at this time. Please note the Exchange will forward automatic self executed trade details through to CREST trialling / participant testing service.
