Full Terms and Conditions
1. Money back offer available to UKresidents who have purchased a qualifyingPerfect Fit ™ Cat or Dog product and who comply with these terms and conditions.
2. Refund available on aPerfect Fit™ (Cat food range 190g or750g ORDog food range 825g & 2.6kg) product purchased between 19th April and 7th September 2017 (both dates included). Offer excludes Perfect Fit ™ 2.8kg and 7kg Cat foodrange and Perfect Fit ™ 6kg and 14.5kg Dog foodrange.
3. In order to claim your refund, you will need to:
(a)go to and print the official refund form;
(b)complete your personal details;
(c)provide a brief explanation as to why your cat or dog did not like the product;
(d)complete the batch code/best before date details from the Perfect Fit ™ back of pack
(e)provide the original till receipt confirming the purchase of the Perfect Fit ™ product made between 19th April to 7th September 2017 (both dates included);
(f)send the completed application form and your original till receipt to 'Perfect Fit™ Satisfaction Guaranteed Offer”, Valassis Ltd, Weldon House, Corby Gate Business Park, Priors Haw Road, Corby, Northants, NN17 5JG. Please do not send any Perfect Fit™packaging or product.
4. A refund claim must be received by no later than 7thOctober 2017.
5. All costs associated with claiming a refund pursuant to this offer (including postage costs) shall be the responsibility of the claimant.
6. Only claims using an official application form and accompanied by an original till receipt will be accepted.
7. Maximum of one claim for one Perfect Fit™ productper household. No bulk or third party claims will be accepted.
8. Your statutory rights are not affected by this offer.
9. Claimants submitting a valid claim will receive a refund to the value of the price paid for the qualifyingPerfect Fit ™ productas evidenced on the accompanying till receipt. The refund will be issued in cheque form, which will be made out to the name and sent to the address provided on the claim form. Please allow 28 days for the receipt of your refund from validation of a claim. Personal information provided on the application form will be retained and used solely for purposes connected with the administration of this money back guarantee. No personal data will be retained once all valid claims have been refunded.
10.No responsibility will be accepted for claims that are lost, delayed or damaged in the post. Proof of posting is not proof of delivery.
11.A claimant seeking a refund agreesto be bound by these terms and conditions. Claimssubmitted which are not in accordance with these terms and conditions will not be valid and the Promoter reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to refuse such claims at any time during the offer. The Promoter cannot be held responsible ifthe refund cannot be sent as a result of the claimant not completing address details on the application form, or where it is not received due to an incorrect or incomplete address having been provided.
12.This offer and terms and conditions are governed by English Law and the courts of England shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of or in connection with this offer.
