Thank you for choosing the Chesapeake Athletic Association, (CAA) Wolverines. We are a Pop Warner program and are proud of our accomplishments. We are very proud to have both you and your child here with us. Our program includes a great deal of participation from our Parents as well as our Children.
We rely heavily on the participation of all our parents with regards to our fundraising to help maintain the needs of our program. We use these funds to purchase new or additional uniforms and equipment, and to defray other expenses. It will be necessary for everyone to participate in two (2) of these fundraisers. Each parent is required to serve no less than six volunteer hours as selected or assigned in an area of need, during our home games this season. You may opt out of participating in fundraisers and/or your six volunteer hours by paying a $200.00 buy-out fee for each occasion in order to remain in good standings with the CAA.
You are paying a NON-REFUNDABLE, ABSOLUTELY NO REFUND registration fee, which reserves a place for your child on a team and covers the following items for your child this season;
Football uniform rental (equipment, jersey, Helmet and game pants)
Cheer uniform rental (Pom Poms)
If Flag player – jersey, flag, and pants
I.D. Badge
Pop Warner National fee
Field Insurance
Pop Warner uniform patch
Banquet (only if participant and a parent attend the Banquet)
Trophy (only if participant and a parent attend the Banquet)
Please note, any post season bowl games, playoff games, championship games and/or cheering competition fees will be an additional cost to you.
As you may know our league has a website. This website will have articles and photos on Pop Warner, as well as CAA activities, major awards and upcoming events. However, before we can put photos on the website which would identify either your child and/or yourself, we need to have your permission.
Portions of our website may contain rosters for the individual teams and squads. No home address or telephone numbers of the players or cheerleaders will be placed on the internet. Individuals wanting more information on the teams or squads may obtain email access to the coaches, staff and other members of the Chesapeake Athletic Association (CAA) as needed.
We may also take photos, team photos, and/or action photos during games to use for things such as fundraisers, publicity for our program, or photos in the local newspapers and other publications along with articles.
By signing below, you give permission for photos of yourself, and/or your child to be published in newspapers, and other publications as well as the Chesapeake Athletic Association’s website. You also acknowledge and accept all of the terms above including but not limited to those pertaining to fundraising and volunteer participation. There will be a $35.00 fee charged for every returned check.
