I, (as signed below) acknowledge that the game of cricket has inherent dangers and I note that: "Sandgate/Redcliffe District Cricket Club Inc. accepts no liability at any time for accidents, injuries or any other circumstances causing loss or harm to players, officials, spectators or any other person connected with the Club how ever caused".
I also agree to be bound by the rules and conditions of membership of the Club including, "No player will be registered or eligible for selection unless they have paid their fees and I shall conduct myself in a manner consistent at all times with the Club's values while representing the Club."
I agree and consent to the provision of the personal information as set out in this form to the officials of the Sandgate Redcliffe District Cricket Club Inc., the Queensland Cricket Association, and Cricket Australia, as they see fit in the course of their administration of cricket. I also agree that the Club, Queensland Cricket, and Cricket Australia may use images/photographs of me for promotional features.

MEN'S REGISTRATION FEE
General $650 Total including $150 Membership + $500 Playing Fee (includes Club Playing Shirt).
U18’s Full Season $450 Total including $110 Membership + $340 Playing Fee (includes Club Playing Shirt).
U18’s Half Season* $350 Total including $110 Membership + $240 Playing Fee (does note inlcude Playing Shirt).
Casual $110 Ground Membership + $20 per day playing fee. No inclusions.
*Only available for high-school students returning to school in 2015.
WOMEN'S REGISTRATION FEE
General $450 including $150 Membership + $300 Playing Fee (includes Club Playing Shirt).
U18’s $350 including $110 Membership + $240 Playing Fee (includes Club Playing Shirt).
Casual $110 Ground Membership + $20 per day playing fee. No inclusions.
TAVERNERS'
$10 per day if registered at SRDCC as a junior. Nil if registered as a SRDCC senior. $15 per day for players from other clubs.
OTHER FEE ADVICE
As noted above, standard registration fees include a Cream Club Playing Shirt. The shirts will not be available until your membership fee (i.e. 1st instalment below) has been paid. To assist players to spread out the cost of membership and playing fees the staggered payment schedule outline below can be used.
