The Pantry - Online Donation Submission Form

The Pantry has always embraced the spirit of community giving & we take pride in our support of local nonprofit organizations & schools. Over time we have become so popular that we find ourselves at a point where we need to implement a fundamental change to handling the hundreds of donation requests we receive each year. We have chosen a path that will provide local community based support while at the same time being able to handle the needs of our own business. Beginning in 2015 we will use this online submission form on our website for the first ten calendar months of every year. People soliciting for any form of donation will need to go through this channel exclusively. We will choose & notify the person in charge of solicitation for the organizations that we will support during that month. The general turnaround time will be about 2 – 3 weeks. We will limit our donations based on our ability to effectively operate while actively participating in sponsorship opportunities. The Pantry will no longer provide anycatered food during the months of November or December for solicited events. We will respond to everyone who follows the proper channels with what we are able to provide for your requested event date & needs.

All submissions should be made a minimum of 2 – 3 weeks in advance of date. Please note that all requests for catered food will not be accepted during the final 2 months of the year and we will limit this as well during other peak times throughout the year. All phone solicitations will be redirected to our website.
