Universe Description

The Financial Aid TERM and YEAR Data Marts contains information related to Student Financial Aids including funds, awards, and SAP (Satisfactory Academic Progress). In addition this offers limited general student information and registration information for each student who has applied for aid by term or year.

The level of detail (i.e. grain) included in these data marts is that each individual award to each student per year (or term) has a separate record in the data mart. These separate data sets are provided to allow for reporting at either the year or term level.

With the three campus FAOs approval the Year and Term data marts are now loaded weekly on Monday’s. The first weekly load occurred on Monday, January 2011.
