9th Annual Fund Raising Picnic
Details--Dates--Instructions
1. The Bloomer Community Visitors Center, Inc. will be holding its 9th Annual Fund raising picnic on Saturday September 11, 2010 from 4:30 pm to 11pm. Admission to the picnic is a $100.00 ticket, which will admit (2) people.
a. The beer tent will open at 4 pm with the meal being served from 4:30 to 7:30pm; the door prize drawings will take place at approximately 8 pm.
b. ONLY 500 Tickets will be sold with a total of $22,200.00 cash door prizes being given away.
c. Below is a complete list of the door prizes and drawing procedures.
2. The $100.00 ticket admits two (2) people to the picnic
3. The meal will be served from 4:30 pm to 7:30 pm. -- The meal will be Chicken, Meatballs, Mashed potatoes, gravy, vegetables, rolls, slaw, fruit salad and deserts.
4. Additional meal tickets may be purchased at the door at a cost of $10.00 each.
5. Bar will open at 4 pm-- Beer, Pop and Wine Coolers all included throughout the evening.
6. Location-- the 9th Ave. Fair Grounds property in Bloomer Wisconsin, (located within the large beer tent building on the property).
7. EARLY BIRD DOOR PRIZE DRAWING: This will be held on August 2, 2010 at the Bloomer Community Visitors Center , Inc. at 1421 Main Street, Bloomer WI At Noon! To be eligible for this door prize drawing you must purchase your ticket on or before August 2, 2010.
a. There will be twenty (20) tickets drawn for $100.00 each. All Early Bird tickets will be put back I into the barrel for the door prize drawings the day of the picnic (9-11-10).
8. On September 11, 2010 all tickets will be in individual plastic tubes and placed in the drawing barrel. At 8 pm on the 11th Day of September the drawing will begin. The first tube drawn will be placed in the number one spot for the $10,000.00 prize. All 30 tubes will be drawn in succession and marked in the order they were drawn. When all 30 tubes have been drawn, the winners will be announced being with #30 and going backwards until #1 is reached.
a. 70 winners totaling $24,200.00 in Door Prizes!
b. Door Prizes are as follows: 1st -- $10,000.00, 2nd --$3,000.00, 3rd--$2,000.00, 4th--$1,000.00,
c. 5th, 6th, 7th, 8th--$500.00, 9th thru 30th-- $100.00 each.
d. Plus twenty (20) Early Bird door prizes will be drawn for $100.00 each on August 2, 2010.
9. Picnic tickets are NOW ON SALE. When you purchase a ticket for our 2009 picnic you will be placed on our priority list for 2010 and you will have the first chance to buy again in 2011. You have until July 15, 2010 to purchase your ticket-after that date we will open up sales.
10. We urge you to buy your tickets soon. Remember, the Early Bird door prize drawing is August 1, 2010 at noon.

12. All proceeds will be used for the operation of the BCVC and other projects throughout the community.
13. ( Disclaimer) If 300 tickets are not sold by September 1, 2010 all funds will be returned and the event cancelled.
