Officer Reports given:

President’s Report – Gina Fink

-Welcomed attendees

-Thoughts on goals and timing of meetings

  • 5 minute reports for Exec. – don’t have to use the whole time
  • 3 to 4 minutes at Gen. PTA meeting
  • More/most “planning” during Exec.
  • More “reporting” during Gen. PTA meeting
  • Realistic is good (truthful). Positive outlook is very good (if something is “bad” – how can we “turn it around” or simply “learn from it and move on.”)
  • Keep it friendly/upbeat – we are all Volunteers. We all want the best for the students at JML. We tend to rise (or fall) together.

-Thoughts on POC

  • Committee Chairs may elect ANY Exec. BD POC (fine to be Prez)
  • Present at Exec. Bd. (or Gen.) any “plan” – in-person or written proposal
