SAINTS IN TRAINING: Peter Is Our Rock

Saturday: Faith, Knowledge and Service in Our Parish

  • Opening Mass at St. Andrew Parish at 5:30 pm. Students in grades 2-8 are invited to join in the singing for the Mass in a special Catholic Schools Week Choir with Mrs. Stuckenschneider.
  • Students will pass out visor clips after Mass

-Buddy Activity the week before CSW

Monday: Faith, Knowledge and Service in Civic Leaders

  • Dress Down Day for Students and Staff
  • Pennies for Playgrounds – Penny War vs. K-8 begins today!!!

-Morning Greeting on the large flat. Students will be passing out visor clips to parents during drop off.

  • Morning Prayer led by Student Council over morning announcements.
  • Prayer Service in the MLG at 8:15 w/ Father, led by StuCo
  • 8:45AM-10:15AM - activity organized/planned by Grades 3 & 7 teachers

  • PM Helias Show Choir Perfomance (Time TBA)
  • Family Fun Night in the Lammers Gymnasium, 2nd grade at 6:00 pm, 5th grade at

6:45 pm and 8th grade at 7:30 pm (no homework for grades 2, 5 & 8)

Tuesday: Faith, Knowledge and Service in Learners

  • School Volunteer Breakfast
  • Pennies for Playgrounds – Penny War vs. K-8 continued!!!
  • Morning Prayer led by Student Council
  • 8:45-10:00AM - Community Service Prayer Rock Project organized/planned by K & 4 teachers (Details TBA)
  • 1:00 P.M. Pep Assembly
  • Family Fun Night in the Lammers Gymnasium, 1st grade at 6:00 pm, 4th grade at

6:45 pm and 7th grade at 7:30 pm (no homework for grades 1, 4 and 7)

Wednesday: Faith, Knowledge and Service in Our Catholic Schools

  • Morning Prayer led by Student Council
  • Pennies for Playgrounds – Penny War vs. K-8 continued!!!

-The grade level with the fullest container today gets an extra recess (Time T.B.D.).

  • 8:45-9:30A.M. wreath activity organized/planned by 1 & 5teachers (Details TBA)
  • Morning Bake Sale Snack cart for PreK-8 provided by teachers

-ALL Students may bring in 50 cents to purchase a baked good item made with love by your teachers. One item per student. (Proceeds go to the playground fundraiser.)

-SNACK CART SCHEDULE:

  • 8:45AM – Pre K and 8th grade
  • 9:00AM – K and 4th grades
  • 9:10AM – 1st and 5th grades
  • 9:20AM – 2nd and 6th grades
  • 9:30AM – 3rd and 7th grades
  • All School Mass K through 8 attend at 1:45 pm
    - ALL students will sit with their buddy class for today’s Mass
  • Family Fun Night in the Lammers Gymnasium, Kindergarten at 6:00 pm, 3rd grade at 6:45 pm and 6th grade at 7:30 pm (no homework for kindergarten, 3rd and 6th grade)

Thursday: Faith, Knowledge and Service in Our Vocations

  • DRESS LIKE A SAINT (details TBA)
  • Pennies for Playgrounds – Penny War vs. K-8 continued!!!
  • Morning Prayer led by Student Council
  • Seminarian/Priest Box of Joy activity organized/planned by 2 & 6grade teachers (This activity can be completed with your homeroom at your leisure. More information to come.)
  • Students are asked to write notes to their Prayer Vocation Pal
  • All Saints Block Party Activity by StuCo & 6th Grade

*All StuCo and 6th grade students will be hosting games for each session.

  • 9:00AM Pre K and 8th grade
  • 10:00AM 1st and 5th Grade
  • 12:30PM K and 4th Grade
  • 1:30PM 2nd, 3rd and 7th Grade

Friday: Faith, Knowledge and Service in Our Staff

  • Morning Prayer led by Student Council
  • Pennies for Playgrounds – Penny War vs. K-8 continued!!!
  • A.M. activity organized/planned byPre K & 8teachers
  • Staff and Teacher Appreciation Luncheon provided by H&S
  • 1:30p.m. - 8th Grade vs the Faculty in a volleyball game in the Lammers Gymnasium

-Student Council will sell candy/drinks throughout the game to student body in the bleachers.

-Students may bring money to purchase concessions ($1 per item)

Saturday: Faith, Knowledge and Service in Our Graduates

  • Closing Mass at St. Peter at 5:15 pm
  • Distinguished Alumni Award presented to ???
  • A reception to honor the award winner will follow the Mass in the Fr. Ahrens Room

-Arranged by School Board

  • Students in grades 2-8 are invited to join in the singing for the Mass in a special Catholic Schools Week Choir with Mrs. Stuckenschneider.
  • Students will pass out visor clips.

****Family Fun Night Guidelines****

Only students from the designated grade and their parents or guardians will be allowed to take part during the scheduled times. Family Fun Night will be rescheduled at a later date if school is cancelled because of snow. If it begins to snow after school, a text message will be sent about any cancellation of the evening events.
