Submitting this form, we require to register our company as the exhibitor of the industry forum on design, construction, management, and development of sports facilities "Ski Build Expo- 2016" (Moscow, Gostiny Dvor, October 14-16 2016) and to provide the equipped exhibition area (standard stand) in the size of ______square meters.
Price of one square meter is 200 €. Discounts and extra charges:

If fully paid before 1.05.2016 / -10% / If fully paid before 1.10.2016 / +10%

Corner charges (if your stand has a corner, include this into your calculations):
Stand with one corner - plus 15% (minimum 9 sqm)
Peninsular stand - plus 20% (minimum 15 sqm)
Island stand - plus 25% (minimum 30 sqm) / Stand size discounts (if this applies to your stand, specify):
100 sqm and more - 25% discount
80 sqm and more - 20% discount
60 sqm and more - 15% discount
40 sqm and more - 10% discount
20 sqm and more - 5% discount
The early payment and the stand size discounts do not add up; whichever discount is larger, comes into effect.
Registration fee:
The registration fee is 200 EURO from charged from the exhibitor and 200 EURO charged from every subsequent co-exhibitor (includes the publication of the exhibitor's profile in the catalogue, search system, provision of entrance tickets, badges, etc). The registration fee is NOT REFUNDABLE
Example of the calculation of cost of a12-meter corner stand, booked and paid for before 01.04.2016:1) 170 € * 12 м = 2040 €
2) 2040 € + 15% (наценка за угол) = 2346 €
3) 2346 € + 200 € = 2546 €

The person responsible for the participation of the company (full name)______guarantees to submit the filled-in applications before September 15 2016 without the organizers reminding. In the event of the exhibitor missing the deadlines the organizers cannot guarantee the publication of the exhibitor’s information in the catalogue of the exhibition, provision for stand equipment, exhibitor passes, etc. The stand must be configured and approved before September 15, 2016. After this date the organizer is not to be held responsible in any manner, shape or form for the configuration of the stand; the exhibitor gets a standard-equipped stand.
Cancelling after September 1, 2016 is punished by a 50% forfeit fee.
Cancelling after October 1, 2016 is punished by a 100% forfeit fee.
