Application for variation of a 2018 Apprentice and Trainee Training Fund (User Choice) agreement – additional allocation of places for existing workers
This application is to be used by Skills Tasmania Endorsed RTOs who have a current 2018 Apprentice and Trainee Training Fund (User Choice) agreement and wish to apply for additional allocation of places for qualifications the RTO already has an approved allocation for 2018.
All sections must be completed or the application will be returned to the RTO for completion and resubmission.

INFORMATION FOR RTOs REGARDING THE APPLICATION PROCESS:
The completed application must be emailed (in MS Word format) to Skills Tasmania at .
Skills Tasmania will endeavour to advise the RTO of the assessment decision within 14 days of receipt of the application by the assessment officer.
RTOs will be notified of the outcome of variation applications via email. Once an RTO has received email notification confirming approval of an application, the RTO can accept the TPO and arrange enrolment.
In addition to the approval email, all approved variation applications will be followed by a monthly report summarising the increased Fund allocations. This report will be emailed to the RTOduring the first week of each following month, for signing by the authorised RTO representative. The increase in allocation will not be activated until the RTO has returned the letter attached to the report and returned it to Skills Tasmania at
Copies of each report detailing the increased Fund allocation should be retained by the RTO and attached to the RTO’s Department of State Growth (Skills Tasmania) Agreement for all Programs.
