Thank you for selecting us above other training companies for your dog training experience. We go to great lengths to give your dogs a happy and productive adventure during their stay with us. Plus, we’ll work to set a solid foundation for your dog, so you can enjoy a great family pet who you can enjoy for a lifetime. That doesn’t replace the training that happens at home, however. You are the biggest part of your dog’s life, we just set the stage for success.

Here is some key information about your BOARD AND TRAIN program.

1. Your drop off and pick up dates/times should be set with us prior to when you meet us for the first time. Please fill out and sign the contract and email it back to us so we can get you in our system.

2. Drop off times are between 9-10am. Please be on time, as late fees will ensue if you are outside the drop off window. Your pick up training appointment will be scheduled, and you will receive an email with the confirmation appointment.

3. Location for drop off and pick up is 10101 N 6800 W, Highland, UT 84003

4. Bring your dog’s food in a SEALED container and any necessary medications & supplements. LABEL their name on their food. Bring a well fitted collar with ID tags. You need not bring toys, treats, beds, kennels, etc. We use our own toys and treats. We strive to keep a healthy, clean environment.

5. Your dog must be up to date on rabies, parvo, and distemper vaccinations (required by law). Please make sure your pet is vaccinated at least 10 days before arrival. Ask your vet for a copy of vaccination records and email us, or bring in a physical copy. We must have these records by the time you arrive.

6. Initial deposit must be paid before being booked in our calendar. 1/2 of the balance is due at drop off, and the rest by pick up date.

If you have any questions, please feel free to call us at (801)-980-0336.

Warmest Regards!
Heather Hamilton
