Representation: This is the amount that the church is giving as an Annual Representation fee.
Registration: Each registrant will pay based on age category (Senior, Young Adult, Youth.) Young Adult Directors, Associate Directors, Youth Supervisors, Associate Supervisor and Youth Advisory members are to register as Seniors.
Early bird registration: Registration and ticket monies must be received in headquarters by June 15, 2018.
Pre-registration: Any registrations received June 16 -June 30, 2018.
On-site: Any registrations received July 1, 2018 or later.
If you are listed as the contact person, please include your name on the registration form.
Registrations should be mailed at least 5 days before the stated deadline to ensure that it is received in headquarters by the deadline date. Registrations received after the deadline date will be held until the additional fee(s) are paid.
