WINERY INFORMATION

Thank you for registering to take part in the 2016 Wineworks Marlborough Sauvignon Blanc Yacht Race and Wine Marlborough Tasting Event in Wellington on Friday 14th October 2016.

Please complete the requested information below and return this form to by Friday 2nd September. Please also attach a high-res version of your logo in jpeg format and a high-res bottle shot of your 2016 Sauvignon Blanc.

We require 18 bottles in total – 12 bottles will be your 2016 Sauvignon Blanc and the remaining 6 bottles will be made up of the two additional styles (if you wish to show more than your 2016 vintage). Please see an overview of how the wines are distributed on page 2 of this form. Please arrange for the wines to be delivered to Wine Marlborough, 85 Budge Street, Blenheim by Friday 30th September. Wine Marlborough will cover the costs of couriering the wines to Wellington.

Wine Distribution
Each participating winery is required to submit 18 bottles of wines which will be allocated as follows (minimum quantities):

-  1 x Black Box (the ‘racing’ wine)

PRE-RACE FUN DAY REGISTRATION
We encourage all registered wineries to head along to the Pre-Race Fun Day run by Waikawa Boating Club on Saturday 8th October. Bring your friends and family, meet the skippers, enjoy a wine tasting and BBQ and a sail in the Sounds! This event is Free of Charge but exact numbers are catered for so we do request you let us know if you find you can’t make it so that we can inform the organisers. Registration is essential!
