Transition Notes:
Tablets
-The Latitude 11 tablets (Platform 2) has been discontinued.
-The Latitude 12 tablets (Platforms 1, 3, and 4) have been replaced by a new model (5285).
Desktop and Notebook
-Desktop Platform 1 has recently changed from the ProDesk 500 G2 to EliteDesk 705 G3. This is largely just a processor change and pricing remains the same.
-There will be a price increase on all desktop and notebook platforms (except for Desktop Platform 1) effective towards mid to late June.
Ultrabook
-Platform 1 has changed from the ThinkPad T460s to the T470s.

TABLETS ONLY: November 13, 2014-November 12, 2018
-Both are one initial year with three annual renewal options
Summary/Background Information: This statewide contract was awarded by group to Pomeroy (HP Desktops, HP Laptops, GETAC ruggedized notebooks), CDW-G (Lenovo Ultrabooks), Complete Integration Solutions Company (Panasonic Ruggedized Notebooks), and Insight Public Sector (Dell Tablets). The contract is available for use by all state agencies and local entities. CHROMEBOOKS ARE NOT AVAILABLE ON THIS CONTRACT.
