ACHIEVEMENTS & HIGH-LIGHTS

A) SIGNAL:

i.  Up & Dn SSDAC (04 sets) commissioned between SSO-DOL & DUBH-DOL.

ii. 02 Nos. Sliding barriers have been commissioned at LC gate No. 13C, 14C/TUR).

iii. Safety Integrity test has been done at CKRD, PMU, NYO, SAE & GHZ.

iv. KNLR contact has been removed from UCR circuit at KPGM, RD, KHI, GRL, GJH, BAGL, DGA, STLR, NYO, PMU, HJP & CKRD and introduced in -ve path of HR or DR circuit.

v. Fuse alarm system has been provided at THB & SMO.

vi.  55 Nos.400 AH secondary cell has been introduced in place of old at NNA for IPS battery bank.

B) TELECOM:

i.  CCTV survelliance system was commissioned and connected with Railnet at SEE, MFP & BJU lobby.

ii. One defective CCTV camera was made working at PRS/MFP. Now, all 12 CCTV camera working normal.

iii. 13 Nos. CUG was provided to supervisor working under Sr. DEE/TRO/SEE.

iv. 50 metre quad cable was replaced and the entire joint was made permanent in MFP-RD section.

v. 6 Nos. VRLA 12V/65 AH battery was replaced by new one for OFC equipment at DOL station.

vi.  AR terminal and channel was provided on Hylem sheet at all station from BJU-KIR except BKHR & KUE for axle counter circuit

C) Passenger Amenities work.

On-line booking of Retiring room was commissioned at HJP, MFP & BJU

2.0 Signaling activities

2.1  Introduction of LED Signal, IPS, Axle counter & Data loggers-

Up & Dn SSDAC (04 sets) commissioned between SSO-DOL & DUBH-DOL.

2.2  Point conversion:

Nil

2.3  Zero Failure Stations: -

07 Stns. (KTRH, GHZ, DOL, GRL, SDG, MOG, VPN)

3.0  Other activities

3.1  Replacement of over aged assets- .

Ø  12 Nos. guide, 08 Nos. bottom roller of point no.15/14; compensator of point no.29 and detector rod of point no. 15/7 have been replaced at SAE.

Ø  One piece of 8 no. lock bar & 02 Nos. accommodating crank have been replaced at GHZ.

Ø  03 Nos. route LED has been replaced at BCA.

Ø  33 Nos. 80 AH secondary cells have been replaced at BCA-09, KHI, BNR, SAI for different track circuit.

Ø  04 Nos. QN1 relay has been replaced at TGA-01,BCA-03

Ø  13 Nos. TLJB has been replaced at TGA-02,STJT-03,DUBH & MFP

Ø  21 Nos. TLJB has been provided in place of bootleg at BJU/E.

Ø  Painting work was carried out of all signal posts at AYRN-15,CSR-15,DES-14, SDG-12, MNO-12, SPP-12.

Ø  Painting work of 57 Nos. EPMs with ground fitting was carried out from VPN to AYRN.

Ø  Painting work was carried out at 16 Nos. LC gate in SPP section and 05 Nos LC gate in THB section.

Ø  Painting work of location boxes was carried out at MNO-42, SDG-42, DES-48, CSR-64, AYRN-46 & SPP-42.

Ø  Painting of Indoor & outdoor signaling equipment was carried out at PMU, NYO, STLR, GJH and SEE.

Ø  02 Nos. DWC pipe were provided at LC gate No.45C, 46C at AYRN

Ø  Painting of TLBI (12 Nos.) & Panel (06 Nos.) were carried out in SPP section.

Ø  02 Nos. gate telephone has been replaced at LC gate No.36C and 37C at DSS.

Ø  Maintenance free earth testing has been done between AYRN to VPN.

Ø  27 Nos. Current Regulated Unit has been replaced at PSR-25 Nos. & GAI-02 Nos.

Ø  03 No track feed charger has been replaced at BKHR, KHR & NNA.

Ø  Flexible wire from pt. JB to pt. machine was replaced by cable wire at MFP.

Ø  03 Nos. track relays have been replaced at SSO, KHI & SAI.

Ø  44 Nos. fuses of 4A has been provided instead of 2A fuse at MFP.

Ø  10 Nos. ground fitting of point machine has been replaced at BAGL, DGA, STLR, NYO.

Ø  Rope wire has been replaced at LC gate No.50C,53C,55C in SEE section;47Spl,41C,18B Nos.LC gates in MFP section:23B,25C,48A in KGG section;32A,33C,31C in BJU section.

Ø  Total 1113 Nos. of bond wires, 354 Nos. of jumper wires & 152 Nos. of insulation joints have been changed during maintenance work in the entire division.

Ø  Total disconnection put up for maintenance of signaling gears in the entire division was 1384, in which 1143 were allowed & 241 were disallowed.

3.4  Testing & Replacement of cables:

§  Meggering of 20 C Km signalling cable was carried out at HJP.

§  150 m signalling cable was laid down from west location to Dn Home location at BKHR.

3.5  Visibility Improvement of signal

§  Retro reflective tape has been provided on 89 Nos. Goods Warning Boards with painting work, with this all Goods Warning Board has been painted & provided with Retro reflective film in whole division.

3.6  Replacement of Crank and Compensators.

3.7  Important safety Improvement work

§  Retro reflective tape has been provided at all LC gates (37Nos) in MFP section, 05 Nos. LC gates in THB section & 05 Nos.LC gate in KGG section.

3.8  Insertion of Glued joints & CAD weld joints

34 Nos. Glued joints have been replaced at DSS-02, DES-01, GAI-04, MNE-03, LAK-04, BGS-06, SMO-04, BKHR-01,THB-03,BNR-01,SEE-03,PMU-02

3.9  Directed Maintenance

30 Nos. Stns. (PMU, GJH, STLR, BJU/E, AYRN, MFP, BJU/W, CSR, DGA, KGG, DES, SMO, BAGL, SDG, THB, SKJ, MNO, NYO, SPP, MOG, VPN, DUBH, SEE, HJP, SLT, MSK, LKN, KTRH, BGS, KHQ)

4.0  Telecommunication

Ø  Proper wiring in OFC room in casing caping was done at all station in the section CI-SAI.

Ø  Maintenance work of all gate telephone was done in CI-SAI section.

Ø  Maintenance work of E. C. Socket was done in CI-SAI section.

Ø  Faulty control phone and 2 Nos. 12V/65AH battery for PA system was replaced by new one at SKJ station.

Ø  Proper wiring was done by providing 150 m 20 pair PIJF cable from ASM room to OFC room at SKJ.

Ø  4 Nos. E. C. Socket was replaced by new one in KTRH-NNA at Km 48/2-3 & CRR-SMO at Km 13/9, 15/2, 15/9.
