STOP SELLING WHAT YOU HAVE. SELL WHAT THE CLIENT WANTS.

Location: Theatre

Every successful entrepreneur struggles with some of the same issues. Knowing what the client wants tops the list. In today’s volatile economy, business owners need to master the sales strategy to retain and win government and corporate contracts. That means greater focus on embracing change, creating value-add partnerships and teaming alliances, recognizing new technology and green initiatives, and rethinking social media and global competitive sourcing. Most small business owners are not informed about changes in procurement trends, forecasting new markets, and creating the right kind of sales strategies while executing them flawlessly. Experts explore reasons why market research is imperative to business success, examine the changing economic landscape and talk candidly about what the paradigm shift means to entrepreneurs looking to build and grow their businesses.
