Written confirmation authorizing the signatory to the Bid was not included. The power of attorney submitted by way of clarification was effected after the deadline date for submission of Bids.

Summary of Scope:
Supply, Installation and Support of an enterprise level Unified Communications Solution to be supplied, installed and configured at eight (8) key Government locations and ten (10) other smaller locations in the Castries basin. This includes an enterprise Wide Area Network throughout the city centre, Local Area Networks at each branch office and IP telephony phone systems at various offices. System includes Fibre Optic Network, Wide Area Network, Main Site UCS Subsystem, Remote Site UCS Subsystem which includes hardware, LAN Voice Switch and Training (Systems Administrators Training, Users/Operators Training, Technical Training and Supply Systems Manual), Video and Collaboration, Overall Network Testing, Operational Acceptance and Warranty.
Debriefing
Any Bidder who wishes to ascertain the grounds on which its bid was not selected, should request an explanation from the Project Coordination Unit at the address indicated below. A response in writing shall be provided explaining why such bid was not selected. If a bidder requests a debriefing meeting the bidder shall bear all the costs of attending such a debriefing meeting.
