·  Demo speed dribble

  1. Speed dribbling 2 person relay

·  “Stick in the Mud” In a confined area, designated with cones, the tagger will tag as many people as possible, while the “medic” will free them by passing the ball between their legs, and trapping it on the other side. The goal is for the tagger to freeze everyone before they can be set free by the “medic.” If the medic is inside the squared off area, then he/she can be tagged.

2. Passing (push, flick) and receiving (not trapping, front and reverse)

·  Warm up: Dynamic - skip with arm circles, grapevine with arm jacks, high knees

3. Offense: maintaining possession under pressure, one on one offensive moves

·  Warm Up: Knockout (walking only)

·  TA

·  Hoop and cone on floor, go around both in circle format (stay w/ partner)

o  Pivot and circle, flick to self, speed, cut the corner

·  Toll collector – Participants start on one side of the gym and try to get past the toll collector without touching it (allowed to cross any time, defenders in middle between cones)
