5th Front Office Management Development Course Graduation Day
Bali, April28, 2012–Hotel Front Liners Association in cooperation with Bali Hotels Association had just recently held its 5th Front Office Management Development Course Graduation Day in Holiday Inn Resort Baruna Bali.
The course was attended by 20 participants from numbers of star-rated hotels in Bali, delivering 12 essential management subjects ranging from “Budgeting and Forecasting” to cross departmental discipline such as “Housekeeping Management” and “Finance for Non-Finance Personnel”.
On its fifth year, Hotel Front Liners Association closely coordinated the course it organized with Bali Hotels Association in ensuring that the subjects were focused and targeted toward middle management hotel staff in preparing them to function and perform as they would be expected to when assuming the role of Front Office Manager or Rooms Division Manager.
The course, held in Quest Hotel Central Park Kuta’s meeting room from March 30 on every weekend, was greatly supported by senior members of the star-rated hotels in Bali, providing an on-hand, updated and in-depth experience and practical knowledge to the participants, to complement the basic theories that were part of the subject.
Other hotel profession-based associations, HFLA Bali members as well as the representative from the lecturers, BHA and PHRI, attended the graduation day that was also complemented by a short brief and insight on fundamental hotel revenue management, presented to ensure that the graduates are aware of the dynamic of hotel pricing in burgeoning hotel development in Bali in the years to come.
