The procedure for proposals is outlined below and use this form for all project applications. If you do not understand something, please ask Marist Mission Centre for assistance. When you have completed the proposal submit it by emailing .Please note that all Marist projects must be approved by the appropriate District/Province leader and submitted with a signed approval letter attached.

Step 1: SubmissionYour submitted proposal will be acknowledged by MMC

Step 2: ReviewThe proposal will be reviewed at ateam meeting and may be required to be approved by the board/committee depending on amount requested

Step 3: DecisionYou will be informed of Marist Mission Centre’s decision and, if approved, a tentative funding timeline will be given.

Step 4: AdministrationMarist Mission Centre, AMCOA approved projectswill be administered by Australian Marist Solidarity (AMS) on behalf of MMC. Once MMC has approved the AMCOA project, AMS will then process all administrative, reporting and funding arrangements of the project.

Further information may be requested at any stage and does not indicate a positive decision. The above procedure may take up to three months and after a positive decision, regular reporting and monitoring is required.
