Job Description: The Office of Talent Strategy and Management is seeking proven leaders to serve as Executive Coach to provide virtual coaching for the District’s aspiring school leader program. The Executive Coach will provide monthlysessions that will afford a safe environment whereby to push the thinking of the Fellow to enable them to reflect and think critically about school leadership. To implement the vision of the Executive Coach Model, the Office of Talent Strategy and Management is seeking dynamic individuals who are able to:

Provide coaching through a virtual medium

Create a safe and confidential space for aspiring leaders to grapple with the tenets of school leadership

Support the development of a coaching plan to build leadership capacity and address developmental goals

Have a case load of 3 Fellows

Be available if necessary to facilitate leadership development sessions, provide guidance during the Fellows’ on-site Consultancy Internship Week, and/or lead small group sessions (This is beyond the scope of the coaching agreement)

Compensation: $50-100/per hour (Consultancy Internship negotiated separately, as needed)

Scope: This is as many as 6-coaching sessionsbeginning in September to December of 2017 with flexibility in scheduling as determined between the Fellow and the Coach.
