Head of Operations
An exciting new position has arisen for a Head of Operations to join one of the largest Credit Unions within the UK.
Plane Saver Credit Union (PSCU) is a not-for-profit financial cooperative, providing a range of financial services over 10,000 members including employees of Airline Industry and more recently those serving in the Armed Forces.
As a not-for-profit organisation, PSCU is owned and run by our members, meaning every customer has a stake in what we do and how we are run.
As the Head of Operations you will be expected to be highly professional but with a human touch. You will be responsible for ensuring that we continue to deliver the highest quality service to our members through both our experienced lending and customer support teams.
You will be part of our dynamic Senior Management Team, working closely with a newly appointed Chief Executive. You will be responsible for ensuring that the day to day running of the business operates with the legislative framework of the Prudential Regulator Authority (PRA) & Financial Conduct Authority.
The position will require a flexible and committed approach to work and provide ongoing opportunities for development.
