Online bids addressed to the Governor of the State of West Bengal through the undersignedareinvitedonlyfromintending entrepreneursforofferingrates for leasing out of a piece of land measuring 63.28 Acres under J.L. No. 331, Mouza-Jual bhanga, Dag No. 7, P.S. Salboni, Dist. Paschim Medinipur “As is whereis”basis on long term for a period of 99(Ninety Nine)years from the date of allotment for establishment of broiler breeding farm with hatcheries.
The interested entrepreneur should have an average minimum business turnover of Rs.100 Crores per Annum in the last three years in the sector with experience in running broiler breeding farm with a capacity of at least one lakh birds successfully and continuously for more than five years. It is also desirable that the interested entrepreneur has experience in keeping Grand Parent Broiler breeder stock and possessing the business / manufacturing of poultry equipment / machineries and meat processing unit.
The interested entrepreneur has to fulfill the norms for obtaining pollution clearance like consent to establish and consent to operate to be issued by the competent authority under West Bengal Pollution Control Board for establishment and operation of the project.

Each online tender must be supported by:-
a)Each Tender, unless the Bidder is exempted under the existing orders of the Govt. of West Bengal or Govt. of India, will have to be submitted with scanned original EarnestMoney amounting to Rs.1,00,000/- (Rupees One Lakh) onlyusing GRIPS in the Finance Department website () in favour of “Joint Director, ARD, Accounts, Directorate of Animal Resources & Animal Health” under head of account 8443-00-103-001-07 drawn on Animal Resources Development Department. A paid e-challan thereby shall have to be uploaded along with other requisite documents of this Tender.Earnest Money in any other instrument will not be considered for acceptance.
b)OFF-LINE: The paid e-challan as Earnest Money Deposit(EMD)or documents in support of EMD exemption (scan copy of that document should be uploaded for EMD exemption) should be submitted physically to the Office of Director of Animal Husbandry & Veterinary Services, West Bengal,PurchaseCell, Prani Sampad Bhavan, 2nd Floor, LB-2, Sector-III, Salt Lake,Kolkata-106through a forwarding letter in a sealed cover superscribing EMD of e-auction for leasing out a piece of land at Salboni,Dist. Paschim Medinipuron or before 4 pm on 01/8/2016.
c)Scanned Original PAN Card.
d)Scanned Original Trade License (valid up to 31/3/2017).
e)Scanned Original Prof. Tax Paid Challan.
f)Scanned Original Audited Balance Sheet of Profit & Loss Account in 3 CD Form.
g) Scanned Original Annual Turnover Certificate of last 3 yrs. issued by Registered Chartered Accountant.
h)Scanned Original documentary evidence towards experience in running Broiler Breeding Farm(s) with capacity of at least one lakh birds successfully and continuously for more than five years.
i)Scanned Original documentary evidence towards experience in keeping Grand Parent Broiler breeder stock and possessing the business / manufacturing of poultry equipment / machineries and meat processing unit.
j)Scanned N.I.T. (terms & conditions) digitally signed will have to be uploaded as a token of acceptance.
k)Scanned copy of CHECK LIST.
No Tender will be accepted, if the same is not supported with all the above documents.
RESERVE PRICE WILL BE FIXED BY THE GOVT. AFTER THE BIDDING.
The offer should be valid for TWELVE MONTHS but the period may be extended or curtailed at the discretion of the undersigned/Tender Committee/Tendering Authority & requirement.
