Machine Nr. 700 is ready to be delivered…
KMT Robotic Solutions AB, headquartered in Ronneby, Blekinge, is a market leader of Robotic Waterjet Cutting systems. KMT Robotic Solutions was founded in 1991 and is now ready to deliver its Machine nr. 700. The machine, which goes under the name of Cutting Box Original V Large, is a flexible modular Waterjet Cutting system which is designed to allow for maximum flexibility, productivity and good work environment.
The machine will be delivered in October 2012 to Tramico in Coulombs, France which is one of leading automotive subcontractors. The system is equipped with ABB industrial robots and a high pressure pump from our sister company KMT Waterjet.
During more than 20 years KMT Robotic Solutions AB has been manufacturing robotized Waterjet Cutting systems mostly for its customers in automotive industries. The system is based on standard platforms which with different options may be easily and smoothly adapted to each customer's specific process requirements, e.g. current volume, processed material, accuracy, capacity and existing premises.
Tramico is a French company headquartered in Coulombs which manufactures vehicle sound insulation applications for the automotive industry. The company is a part of the Japanese concern Howa Textile Industry. The Cutting Box Nr. 700 by KMT Robotic Solutions will be installed in the plant in Coulombs.
Earlier Tramico has already purchased ten KMT Waterjet Cutting systems and last year a Waterjet Cutting system was delivered to Tramico plant in Stavrovo, Russia. This and earlier positive experiences with KMT systems and long-term good relationship between the companies assure that Tramico continues purchasing KMT systems.
A major advantage with robotized Waterjet Cutting systems is that they allow cutting of various parts without costly and time-consuming tool changing. KMT Robotic Solutions is locally presented in many countries and provides service and support to maximize machine availability and performance.
