The following person, being a “MEMBER” of the BBU (see Note 1) wishes to be nominated as a Candidate for election as an “Elected Director” (see Note 2) of the BBU, at the 20th AGM of the BBU on Saturday 15th July 2017:

NOTES:
1. To be a Candidate, the nominee must be a “MEMBER” (of the BBU); must have paid his/her subscription for the year 2016 – 17 by no later than 23:59 BST on Thursday 15 June 2017. (He /she can still be a “Member” who can vote at the AGM, in person or by proxy, by joining and paying (or renewing) their subscription before 23:59 BST on Thursday 29 June 2017 but to be eligible to be a Candidate, they must be a “Member” by 23:59 BST on Thursday 15 June 2017.
2. Under 2015 Articles of Association (AoA) there are a maximum of two “Elected Directors”.
3. This form must be delivered (by post or in person – not by Email) to: The Sec Gen BBU, Bryn Siriol, Old Road, Bwlch, Brecon, LD3 7NJ by no later than 23:59 BST on Thursday 15 June 2017 . Proof of posting will not be accepted as a proof of nomination. You are advised to use the Royal Mail “Special Delivery” or “Signed For” service.
4. Candidates may also (and are advised to) submit, at the same time as their nomination, a CV of a maximum of 150 words. This will be included, together with the list of all candidates, and other documents relevant to the AGM, including the AGM Agenda to be published approx 18 June 2017.
