PressleyRidgeExtendedSchool Year Summer Program: day program, ages 6-21, for children diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorders and/or Mild Intellectual Disabilities. The program is approx. 6 weeks located at their Emsworth school site. The program is funded either by ESY or private pay. The program also offers a CIT program for adolescents with High Functioning Autism. 412-322-0140
Quest Therapeutic Camps:Day summer program located in Squirrel Hill. 7 weeks available, 9am-3:30, private pay or possible insurance reimbursement. Individualized treatment plans, daily group therapy, behavioral milieu, camp activities, and field trips. Local: Aprilynn Artz 412-877-7528

UPMC Summer Therapeutic Inclusion Program: Day camp located at JCC of Pittsburgh (Monroeville and South Hills) for 8 weeks, ages 4 and 12 with autism spectrum disorders, developmental disorders, and emotional or behavioral problems, 1:2 therapeutic staff ratio within a community camp. This camp is paid for through ESY.

UMPC Summer Treatment Program: Day program for 8 weeks, ages 5-15 (will accept older children on an individual basis), located at UPMC Merck program in the South Side. Program is for children who have behavioral problems, diagnosed with Autism, PDD NOS, or other developmental disability in conjunction with another mental health diagnosis. This program can be paid for through ESY or Medical Assistance. 412-335-7584
Watson WISP—Day camp located at community camps, ages 3-15 (depending on camp location), funded through Medical Assistance (partial pay*) or ESY. Available at: Sewickley YMCA, Camp Deer Creek, South Fayette Extended Day, East Suburban YMCA, Chatham University Music and Arts Day Camp, Upper St. Clair Extended Day (Eisenhower and Streams Elementary Schools), Butler Area YMCA, and Rose E. Schneider YMCA (Cranberry). Watson Institute would provide BSC and TSS services (1:1 ratio, 1:2 ratio or 1:3 ratio) in the camp environment. Each camp is also supported by a Ph.D. level BSC. The camp is 8 weeks long. Some programs offer ½ day camps. *Under the Medical Assistance funded program, the therapeutic staff is paid by Medical Assistance, however, the cost of the camp itself would be private pay. 412-749-2889
Watson STAT: Summer Therapeutic Camp offered for teens diagnosed with Asperger’s or High Functioning Autism, ages 13-21, funded through Medical Assistance or ESY. Located at Sewickley, Sharpsburg, Upper St. Clair and Pittsburgh (FriendshipAcademy). 412-749-2889
Watson ACCLAIM: Summer Therapeutic camp for adolescents with High Functioning Autism or Asperger’s. The focus of the program is for college preparation. The program is 4 weeks long on a college campus. This program is paid for either privately or by ESY. 412-749-2889
Watson SCALE: ESY program, ages 14-21 (who are life skills level and /or have autism). SCALE is a community based focused program that has a strong vocational component where students volunteer daily in local businesses. Students must be referred by their home district, be able to handle a 1:3 ratio, be self sufficient in personal care needs, and be approved by the Watson CBI coordinator. There are two locations for SCALE one in Sewickley and one in Upper St. Clair. Each Camp support 10 students max. 412-749-2889

CampVariety for Kids: Day camp for 6-21, children with physical, emotional or developmental needs. The camp requires that if a child has a diagnosis of ADHD, ADD, ODD and/or Autism they must be accompanied by an adult caregiver.
