TO BE A PLAINTIFF IN THIS CASE
The process to be a Plaintiff is outlined here.
You may be a Plaintiff if you meet the criteria spelled out in paragraphs 74and 75 of the complaint (attached).
1) You must agree with the Verified Complaint and want to stand by this Action and see it through to a conclusion. As a Plaintiff, you will receive copies of all proceedings related to the case from the Court as well as relevant updates from our organization;
2) You must fill out the ‘Individual Verification Form’, (copy attached) and sign it in front of a Notary Public;
3) You must fax or email a copy of the signed Individual Verification Form no later than Wednesday, November 21, 2012 to WE THE PEOPLE OF NEW YORK, INC at 518.656.9725;
4) You must mail the original notarized form no later than Wednesday, November 21, 2012 to We The People of New York, Inc 2458 Ridge Road, Queensbury, NY 12804 so it can be attached to the complaint when filed with the Court;
5) It is not a requirement, but your donation will surely help us to meet the costs associated with the case. Please consider sending a check along with your form in the mail or going online to donate at www.wethepeopleofny.org
6) If you donate $25 or more, and are not a member of WE THE PEOPLE OF NEW YORK – CONSTITUTION WATCH NY! and wish to be, we will gladly apply your donation as equal to one year’s membership dues and welcome you into the organization.
