  1. Secretary report . No comments.
  2. Treasurer report No comments.
  3. Pinewood derby. Coddingtown will have the derby May 9 .
  4. Camp-0-ree. Huge success for those who went. We want to acknowledge them at the next meeting.
  5. New Lion den leader – Sasha Deleon, will need to confirm and update to our leader list.
  6. Adult leaders: registering all leaders, training all leaders and parents for Venture Scouts Youth Protection. Try to get all leaders trained ASAP.
  7. Fishing derby updates: not able to use Riverfront park as it is booked through August. Staci will talk with Dan Logan to find options, other considerations are the Blue lakes and Hageman fish ranch.
  8. Summer Activities updates: . A. Swim party with Tai Pforsich but need to find about lifeguarding B. Andrew suggested tour of water treatment plant C. Adam had a suggestion D. Sonoma Fair Scout day - have our scouts do a scavenger hunt for each den. Consider having it a district event E. Dave will set up a hike F. Native American events G. Camping event – sugarloaf
  9. Need Baloo and Owl training for adults so that we can have an overnight campout. Contact Peggy Bimby the pomo district trainer.
  10. Purchase of pack 134 banner flag toppers and flag bag – (Staci). About $50 for bags and $ 50 for topper. Lisa, Staci and Gianni approve.
  11. We need to determine who is on the scout store account and edit accordingly (remove Deambra and Matt.?).
  12. Announcement of the new cub scout program – (Staci). Do want to do this at this meeting or in May? We will do this in May and discuss pins and belt loops since they are being phased out by December.
  13. Upcoming pack meeting - will have a longer game for kids to play so that we can recruit parents. Lisa will bring a “to do” list for parents to sign up: List will be somewhat open ended with our suggestions and letting them suggest things for the next year. Have follow up with parents at mountain mikes on Cleveland Ave on April 28 at 6:30 pm to discuss upcoming year plans.
  14. Fundraising (Gianni). We need council approval. Alternatives to popcorn? Mistletoe, water.
  15. Next committee meeting Tuesday May 5 at 6:30 pm. Steve Dunn would like to attend an upcoming meeting
