5.PETITION – HEATHERLANDS FIRST SCHOOL

To consider the following Petition referred to the Overview Group from the Council Meeting on 11 April 2006 signed by 311 persons:

“We, the undersigned, believe that Heatherlands First School is a good school and would like it to grow into a Primary School (4yrs-11yrs) from 2009 serving the needs of the local community”.

EXCLUSION OF THE PUBLIC AND PRESS

To consider passing the following resolution:

RESOLVED that, in accordance with Section 100A(4) of the Local Government Act 1972, the public and press be excluded from the Meeting for the following item of business on the grounds that it involves the likely disclosure of exempt information as defined in paragraph 3 of Part I of the said Act as the public interest in withholding the information outweighs the public interest in disclosing it.
