a.  Approval of 2015-2016 Year End Financial Report, subject to review. Myrna Large motioned to approve the financial report as presented, 2nd by Trish Toth; cd.

b.  Authorization for the Executive to obtain a service for Financial review for the fiscal year ending July 31, 2016
