  • Transcript Request Form, Transcript Release Forms & NCAA Release Forms
  • Processing the Blue Transcript Release Form
  • Do Not Copy Form - Pick up from college counselor.
  • Bring in proof of application receipt
  • SAT,ACT, SAT II (Subject Tests) - In–Class Review: One college in Common App. for specific requirements
  • Review PERMISSION FOR COLLEGE VISITATION yellow forms (2 per student)
