LAGO D’ORTA MARATHON SWIM 2018
DISCLAIMER OF LIABILITY
According to the Italian D.M. (Ministerial Decree) of 18/02/1982and subsequent additions,containing the "Regulations for the health protection of competitive sports activities" that require to "those who practice competitive sports to submit themeselves preventively and periodically to the control of the fitness health for the specific sport (...) that they practice":
I declare, under my own responsibility:
- to be a goodswimmer, to bein good health and therefore I haven’t psycho-physical contraindication to swim the expected distance;
- to bein possession/or I will be in possession of a valid and current medical certificate/declarationattesting my ability to participate at along competitive swimming race(obtained by carrying out the expected medical examinations);
- to be therefore physically ableto participate at the LAGO D’ORTA MARATHON SWIM – 27 km–for solo swimmer or relay team race - fixed onSaturday July 21ST, 2018 and ofwhich I accepttheRules.
Furthermore:
-I declare that the organization will not have any civil and penal responsibility for anymaterial,physicalormoral damages, direct or indirect, that couldoccur to me or that I could cause – by me or by my family/friends – to persons and/or things, before, during and/orafter the event, both in the water (due to negligent and/or anti-sporting behavior and/or due to lack of respect of national and regional aquatic rules) and in event area and in parking area;
- I declare that the organization will not have any responsibility for any accident caused by negligence, inefficiency or low reporting; i declare that nothing will be charged or requested (by me or by my family) in case of accident or death occurring during the event;
-I am aware that in the case ofcancellation of the race due to bad weatherorother seriousreasons, the registration feewill not be refunded, but I will receive thegadgets established for the event.

By signing this declaration, I authorize - in accordance with Legislative Decree n. 196/2003 regarding the protection of the privacy - the processing of my personal data with paper and electronic means, to send me in the future all the communications related to the event as well as to communicate my e-mail addresses to other organizations and / or to the sponsors of the event that require them. I authorize the organization and / or third parties to take the images of the event, I authorize free acquisition of the right to use the images (photo or video) in which I will appear (on all visual supports as well as on promotional/advertising materials, produced and widespread throughout the world and for the maximum time required by the laws, regulations, treaties in force, including any extension that may be made to the period established).
