Call To Order:

Pat Griffin, President, called the meeting to order at 7:03 pm.

Homeowner’s Comments:

Minutes:

March minutes were presented and approved.

* No meeting was held in April due to lack of quorum

Financial Report:

The Treasurer, Judy Hoagland presented the financial reports for the

month of April, 2015.

We have a Total Current Equity Position of $75,559.60. The financial reports were accepted as presented.

Registrar’s Report:

Diane Frank presented the Registrar’s Report. The report was accepted as presented.

Neighborhood Watch and Sign Report:

Several reports of soliciting. Clothing and other items found near a residents house.

Architectural Report:

Segal residence solar panels: Approved

Segal residence staircase relocated: Approved

Segal mechanical screen wall: Approved

Discussed required approval for water collection tanks. Water collection tanks require approval for each installation.

Landscaping and Roads:

Robert Lipinczyk will contact a landscaper to trim vegetation along all the streets and cleanup the islands.
