A Brief History
Born: Houston, Texas, USA, (U.S. citizen).
Education: B.A. Communications (Honors) with an emphasis inRadio & TV Production
University of St. Thomas, Houston, Texas, 1988.
Personal Statement:I have been working in Bristol, England as a Freelance Editor (mainly Avid and some Premiere Pro)for over 28 years.I am a very quick, self-sufficient, creative editor who can quickly pull a story out of any rusheswhile getting the narrative to unfold naturally. I can write concise VO and also compose music for TV.

- 'Man V Wild /Born Survivor' with Bear Grylls(numerous episodes including Baja/bee sting in face episode) – Successful survival series - Discovery Worldwide.
- ‘James May’s Toy Stories’ (Ep1 Features the Yop Gear presenter building 1:1 scale model Spitfire & Ep2 Plasticine garden) Hat Trick - BBC1.
- ' Beneath The Tides ' - Award winning short film.
- 'Seaside Rescue’ (series 2, 3 and 5) – Another very popular BBC1 series following Coastguard helicopter and boat crews during dramatic rescues.
- ' Jo Brand’s Big Splash' – First series commission for popular new channel DAVE.

- ' Freddie Flintoff Goes Wild In Tanzania' – Discovery Worldwide – A popular series following the iconic sportsman.

- ' 7 Ages Of Rock’ (‘Birth Of Rock’ and ‘Heavy Metal’) - BBC2

- ' Monty Hall’s Great Irish Escape' - BBC1 - I edited this popular series on my own from home while the director was in Ireland filming.
- 'Dead Famous/Histrionics (also pilot programme ‘The Gunpowder Plot’) - BBC1 - A humorous dramatic series covering historical events.
- ' Scrapheap Challenge' - Very popular CH4 series (for series 5 I worked as director and editor, shaping the narrative, cutting the programs as well as writing all of the VO.
I have also edited numerous time-pressured VT inserts for live television broadcasts while working at the UK’s first national cable network (Wire TV) before I ran my own non-linear edit suite for 5 years.

Having moved back to Houston in April 2016, I am co-founder and principle videographer and editor of Windermere Films, using drones and Steady-Cam type cameras along with scripted VO and music to produce high quality real estate films to sell premiere properties.
