TENDER NOTICE
(No. Dir-NTC/174-D (b)/SW/2017-18)
Sealed Bids are invited from the Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs)/ Authorized Dealers/Suppliers of OEMs having relevant experience & registered with Taxation Department of Pakistan as Active Taxpayer, for the following works:-
Work–1:- Replacement of 06 x Split AC Units (Inverter) along-with Accessories installed at 03 x NTC Sites (02 x Units at Each Site).
Work–2:- Supply, Installation, Testing and Commissioning of 04 x Split Wall Mounted AC Units (2-Ton) on DDP Site Basis at Different Sites of North Region (RE-TENDER).
Work–3:- Supply, Installation, Testing and Commissioning of 04 x New Floor Standing AC Unit (2.5 Tons) for NTC Junction Sites on DDP Site Basis (RE-TENDER).
The bidding documents, containing detailed terms and conditions, methods of procurement, procedure for submission of bids, bid security, bid validity, opening of bid, evaluation criteria, clarification/rejection of bids, performance guarantee etc, can be obtained from the Office of DE (Switching) NTC, 2nd Floor, NTC Regional Headquarters Building, Sector F-5/1, Islamabad 051-9216000 (Tel)/051-9216001 (Fax) on payment of Rs. 1,000/- (Non-Refundable) for each work. No documents will be sold on the date of tender submission.
NTC may reject all bids or proposals at any time prior to the acceptance of a bid or proposal. NTC shall upon request communicate to any supplier or contractor who submitted a bid or proposal, the grounds for its rejection of all bids or proposals, but is not required to justify these grounds.
The bids, prepared in accordance with the instructions in the bidding documents, must reach at the Board Room, Ground Floor, NTC Regional Headquarters Building, Sector F-5/1, Islamabad on or before 12TH DECEMBER, 2017 (TUESDAY) at 1030 HRS. The bids will be opened on the SAME DAY at 1100 HRS. This advertisement is also available on PPRA Website (www.ppra.org.pk) and NTC Website (www.ntc.net.pk).
