TAKE NOTICE that pursuant to the Crown Lands Act 1929, I PETER MACLAREN KENTISH, Surveyor-General and Delegate appointed by IAIN EVANS, Minister for Environment and Heritage, Minister of the Crown to whom the administration of the Crown Lands Act 1929 is committed DO HEREBY dedicate the Crown Land defined in The Schedule as a Police Reserve and declare that such land shall be under the care, control and management of the Minister for Emergency Services.

NOTICE is hereby given pursuant to section 28 (10) (b) of the Fisheries Act 1982, that the following items have been seized by officers of the Department of Primary Industries and Resources, Fisheries Division.
1 beehive rock lobster pot, cane neck, white buoy and rope attached
The above items were suspected to have been used or intended to be used, in contravention of the Fisheries Act 1982, and were taken into possession at Point Avoid on 17 December 2000.
After the expiration of one month from the date of this notice the items listed above shall, on the order of the Minister of Primary Industries and Resources, Fisheries, be forfeited to the Crown and shall be either disposed of by sale or destruction.
The above items may be viewed at the Port Lincoln office of the Department of Primary Industries and Resources, Fisheries Division.

1 rock lobster pot having a steel frame, stainless steel mesh cover, a red plastic neck, white rope, one red buoy, one blue buoy and one yellow and white buoy.
The above items were suspected to have been used or intended to be used, in contravention of the Fisheries Act 1982, and were taken into possession at West Island, Victor Harbor on 10 December 2000.
After the expiration of one month from the date of this notice the items listed above shall, on the order of the Minister of Primary Industries and Resources, Fisheries, be forfeited to the Crown and shall be either disposed of by sale or destruction.

THE following determination is made by the State Crewing Committee pursuant to part 6, section 45 of the Harbors and Navigation Act 1993, in respect of the Penguin III whilst operating within 30 nautical miles of the coast of South Australia.
Minimum complement
Two persons—Master and GP (General Purpose Person).
Minimum Qualifications of Crew
Master¾Certificate of Competency as Master Class 5.
GP—General purpose person, an able bodied person not less than 16 years of age with not less than 3 months experience and has successfully completed an approved Elements of Shipboard Safety Course.
Note: Either the Master or GP must possess a Marine Engine Driver Grade II Certificate of Competency.

THE following determination is made by the State Crewing Committee pursuant to part 6, section 45 of the Harbors and Navigation Act 1993, in respect of the Taminga whilst operating within the following operational limits:

Within Port limits of the Port of Whyalla.
Minimum complement
Three persons—Master, Chief Engineer and one Integrated Rating.
Minimum Qualifications of Crew
Master—Certificate of Competency as Master Class 4.
Chief Engineer—Certificate of Competency as Marine Engineer Class 2 and must possess a certificate of completion in Engineer Deck Operations and Safety Awareness Programme.
Integrated Rating—Integrated Rating qualification as specified within the Marine Orders.

Notice of Application
NOTICE is hereby given, pursuant to section 52 (2) (b) of the Liquor Licensing Act 1997, that Vampa Pty Ltd, c/o David Watts & Associates, Liquor Licensing Consultants, 1 Cator Street, Glenside, S.A. 5065, has applied to the Licensing Authority of a Restaurant Licence in respect of premises situated at 291 Glen Osmond Road, Glenunga, S.A. 5064 and to be known as Vampa Function Centre.
