Monies will be fully refunded if the puppiesare not available for any reason before theyare picked up. No refund will be given if the Buyer chooses not to complete the purchase of the said puppies for any reason. Thescheduled date of Deliveryis: ______

All Payments must clear in full before any puppy will be released. Personal checks will only be accepted with at least a 10 business day clearance period. Any returned checks will be charged a $35.00 NSF fee.

At the time of sale the above said puppy has no appearance of illness or disease and a health record of all shots and worming has been provided. This puppy has a one year guarantee against life threatening hereditary defects from the date of birth. Should a hereditary problem arise, the Buyer must inform the Seller/Breeder immediately and may return the puppy with a signed Veterinary Report. All paper work, i.e. Contracts, vaccination records and any other information pertinent to the puppy must also be returned at the same time. All costs associated with the puppy while in the Buyer’s possession are the sole responsibility of the Buyer. The Buyer has full responsibility for all care of the puppy after the sale and agrees to provide this puppy with a safe and stable home with proper care. The Seller is not responsible for any Veterinary costs after delivery of the puppy to the Buyer.

The Seller’s Veterinarian will examine said puppy and Veterinary Report and if they are in agreement with Buyer’s Veterinarian’s conclusion the Seller will either offer a refund of the purchase price or give another puppy in replacement. The puppy and all paper work returned will remain the property of the Seller. If the Reports differ a neutral third Veterinarian shall be called upon to settle the dispute.

If within 10 days of purchase, your Veterinarian positively diagnosis this puppy as having a contagious disease, such as Distemper or Parvovirus, that was definitely incubating at the time of sale/purchase the Seller is to be notified within 24 hours. A licensed Veterinarian verifying such diagnosis with Lab result must be provided within 3 business days after said diagnosis. Once the seller has confirmed all submitted documentation of diagnosis, we will accept immediate return of the puppy and refund the full purchase price.

This Health Guarantee afore mentioned will be null and void if the puppy was abused or does not have up to date Health Records, Vaccinations or de-worming. The Guarantee does not cover any injury to the puppy, accidental or otherwise.

If at any time, for any reason, the Buyer is unable to continue to care for the puppy or provide a safe home, the breeder will take the puppy back and attempt to re-home it. There will be no refunds of any kind to the Buyer should this occur.

It is further agreed that any “get” or offspring resulting from the breeding of this puppy will be sold, bartered or given to any owner, agent or employee connected with a Pet Store; nor to any Broker of Dogs (one who acquires dogs for the sole purpose of resale) or any USDA Licensed Breeder. In the event the Buyer completes such a transaction, the Breeder/Seller of this puppy shall have recourse through the Courts for damage to breeders Kennel Name in the amount of $1,000.00 per dog associated with said transaction. Additionally, any and all Legal fees arising from such recourse would be the responsibility of the individual in violation of this contract.

Conditions in this Contract have been established to ensure the health and well being of the puppy, but also to uphold and maintain the reputation of the breed. The Buyer’s agreements will continue for the life of the dog, and the Breeder will have the right to enforce the agreements.

By signing this document, both parties acknowledge that they have read, understand and agree with the terms of this Contract. Both parties shall receive copies of this Contract and it has been read and understood by the Buyer. The Seller reserves the right to terminate this Contract at any time prior to delivery of the above specified puppy for any reason with the return of all funds paid to the Buyer. Should the Buyer decide, for whatever reason, to not take possession of the puppy, or to return the puppy to the Seller for reasons not stated or covered in the Contract or Warranty all monies paid by the Buyer will be forfeited entirely.
