The Commonwealth of Pennsylvania defines a solicitation “Addendum”” as an addition to or amendment of the original terms, conditions, specifications, or instructions of a procurement solicitation (e.g., Invitation for Bids or Request for Proposals).

This addendum is intended to inform the suppliers of the following changes that have been made to the solicitation identified above:

  2. Pre-Proposal Conference Sign In Sheet with Business Cards
  3. Pre-Proposal Conference Presentation
  4. Appendix G, Cost Matrix is updated verifying and correcting formulas on Itemized Costs; Deliverables; Rate Card and Summary worksheets. Revised Appendix G, Cost Matrix is attached.
  5. Information regarding accessing the MPSC Source Code – If you are in good standing as a contractor on the IT ITQ Master Contract 4400004480 andinterested in downloading the source code, please contact . Contractors are bound by the terms and conditions of the IT ITQ Master contract when receiving and reviewing the source code, which is considered Confidential Information.

For solicitations where a “hard copy” (vs. electronic) response is requested:

  • Attach this Addendum to yoursolicitation response. Failure to do so may result in disqualification.
  • If you have already submitted a response to the original solicitation, you may either submit a new response, or return this Addendum with a statement that your original response remains firm, by the due date to the following address:
