1. May 16 Articles due: Newsletter to be mailed by June 1.
To include info about follow-up from induction, installation of officers, transition meeting, call for abstracts for Research Forum, info for nominating nurses for research and dissemination awards.
2. August 10 Articles due: Newsletter to be mailed by September 1
To include info about Research Forum, add if necessary extended time for nominations for Research and Dissemination Awards. Meeting with Fifth District MNA? Reminder about nominations for nurse leaders for membership in 2010.
Updated Strategic Plan?
3. October 12 Articles due: Newsletter to be mailed by November 1
To include info about November meeting, dinner, and program. Call for nominations for officers for 2010-2011. Info about annual meeting in January and the book to be read for the Discussion. Continue with nominations for community leader members. Let members know they can donate to assist students with initial membership dues. Communicate fund raising plan.
4. February 8 Articles due: Newsletter to be mailed by March 1
To include info about induction scheduled for April at CSU. Outcome of election of new officers. Call for nominations for nurse mentorship award and research and dissemination awards if not already presented. Include call for abstracts for Research Forum if Research Forum is scheduled mid Sept.

Reservation info for each program

School of Nursing Chairperson’s Message
Articles by each Committee Chair as appropriate
