Alexander-Central: I-40 West to exit 148 for Hwy 90/64. Turn right and follow for 20 miles. Turn right on Liledoun Rd. Then turn left on School Dr. School is on the right.

AsheCountyHS: I-77 North to 421 N towards Boone. Take a right on Hwy 221 N. Turn right onto Campus Dr, and school will be on the right.

Carson: I-77 South to Exit 49-A (Hwy 70 East.) Stay on Hwy 70 to Salisbury. Turn right on Jake Alexander Blvd. Take ramp to S Main St (US 29. Turn left onto S Main St. Slight left at US 29 continuing on E NC 152. Turn right on Kress Venture Rd.

Davie: I-40 East to Hwy 601. Turn right onto 601. Pass through downtown Mocksville. School will be on the left

Elkin HS: I-77 North to exit 82. Left onto Hwy 67. Left on Elm St, then slight right onto West Main/US 21 Business. Turn Left on W Market St, then continue onto Elk Spur St. School will be on the right.

East Rowan: I-77 South to Exit 49-A (Hwy 70 East.) Stay on Hwy 70 to Salisbury. Turn right on Jake Alexander Blvd. Turn right on Hwy 52. School is about 5 miles on the left.

East Wilkes: I-77 North to 421 North, towards Boone. Take Exit 272 Ronda-Clingman. Take a right onto state road 2309 and travel to 4-Way Stop sign. Turn Left on state road 2303 and go to stop sign, where you will bear right onto Hwy 268. School will be on left in approximately .9 miles

Forbush: I-77 North to 421 South towards Winston. Take exit for Speer Bridge Road. Turn left and follow to Stop Sign. Take a left onto Old 421 and follow to turn Right onto Falcon Road in .8 miles. School will be 1 mile on left

Fred T. Foard: I-40 West to 321 South. Get off first exit 42 to Hwy 127. Turn right onto 127 and continue to Plateau Road. School will be on the right.

Hibriten: From IredellCounty, take Hwy 115 North to Wilkesboro. Take Hwy 421 North to Hwy #18 toward Lenoir for about 20 miles. Turn left at the first stoplight after entering Lenoir City Limits onto Arrowood Street. Go one-fourth mile and school will be on the right.

High Point Central: I-40 East to exit 65 Hwy 311. Merge onto NC 1993 South. Turn Right on Westchester Dr. Turn Left on Countryclub Dr. Take 1st Right onto Rockford Rd. Take 2nd Left onto Ferndale Blvd. School will be on the Right.

Kannapolis AL Brown HS: I-77 South to exit 42 Troutman. Take a right onto Hwy 21. Turn Left onto Hwy 150, then merge onto Hwy 152. Turn slight right onto Hwy 153 East. Turn right on US 29 A S/S Main St. Turn left onto W Front St, school will be on left.

Mooresville HS: I-77 South to Exit 36. Turn Left onto Hwy 150. Turn Left on W Plaza Dr. Turn Left on W Mclelland Ave. Turn Left on S Main St. Take 1st Right on E Center Ave and school will be on right.

NorthCabarrusPark: I-77 South to NC-73 exit 25 toward Concord/Huntersville. Turn Left onto NC-73 E/Sam Furr Rd. Continue to follow NC-73 E. Turnleft onto Trinity Church Rd. Turn right onto Orphanage Rd. The park is at 760 Orphanage Rd on the right.

North Wilkes: I-77 North and merge left onto US 21 bypass above Elkin. Turn Left on Traphill Rd. School will be approximate 8 miles on Left.

LakeNorman: I-77 South to Exit 36. Turn right onto Hwy 150. Turn left onto Doolie Rd. School is on the right.

LenoirHealthcareCenter and Soccer Complex: I-40 West toward Hickory. Merge onto US-321 via exit 123B toward US-70/Hickory/NC-27 N/Lenoir. Turn right onto Nuway Circle. Go ½ mile and turn right onto Zacks Ford Road.

North Lincoln: Hwy 150 W towards Lincolnton (14-15 miles); turn left onto Lee Lawing Road; go .2 mile & turn right into campus.

South Iredell: I-77 South to exit 45 (Amity Hill Rd.) Turn right onto Amity Hill. Turn left onto Murdock Rd. Travel 3 miles. School will be on left.

South Rowan: I-77 South to exit 42 for US 21/NC 115. Turn right following NC 115. Turn left onto NC 150 (Oak Ridge Farm Hwy.) Slight right at Jackson Rd (NC 152.) Follow NC 152. Turn right onto Patterson St. School is on the right.

SouthsidePark (Cross Country) Newton, NC: I-40 West to Exit 133 Rock Barn Rd. Turn Left on Rock Barn Rd. Take slight left to 7th Ave. NE/Rock Barn Rd. Turn left on 321 S Bus S/Northwest Blvd, park will be on the right.

St Stephens: From I-40 West, take exit 130. Turn right onto Old Hwy 70. At the 3rd stoplight, turn right onto Section House Road. Travel approx. 3 miles to the end of Section House Rd. Turn right at the stoplight onto Springs Rd. At the 2nd stoplight, turn left onto 34th St. Dr. NE. (Amoco Gas and Convenience store on the right). After turning, a trailer park will be on your right. This road goes straight to the front of the school. Turn left at the school marquee, and turn into the 2nd driveway on the right to find the gym. Turn right at marquee for softball and soccer fields.

Starmount: I-77 North to 421 South towards Winston. Take 2nd Exit, Hwy 21. Turn Left on Hwy 21. Turn Right onto Longtown Rd. School will be approx 4 miles on the Right.

Statesville: I-77 South to I-40 West to exit 150. Turn left onto North Center St (Hwy 115.) School will be 1 mile on the left.

Surry Central: I-77 North to Exit 93, Dobson. Keep Right at fork, merge to Hwy 601, merge onto Zephyr Rd. Turn Right on N. Main, then right onto College Circle. Turn Left on Nature Center Dr and school will be on left.

West Iredell: I-40 West to Stamey Farm Rd. Turn right onto Stamey Farm. Left on Island Ford Rd. School will be ½ mile on the right..

West Wilkes: I-77 North to exit 73 B. Merge onto US 421 N toward N Wilkesboro. Turn right at NC 16. Turn right on Boone Trail. School is on left.

Wilkes Central: Hwy 115 North to 421 N towards Boone. Take Exit 286A for Hwy 16. Stay in merge lane and take slight right onto NC State Rd 1194. School will be 1.2 miles on left.

Vanhoy Campground(Cross Country): I-77 North to Union Grove Exit. Turn right, then immediate right, campground will be on left.
